What if my lights go out?

We will arrive to your home to fix all lights we install with-in 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. In the event of rain we will service the call 24 hours after the rain.

How do we get started?

Our designers schedule a convenient time to meet with you, survey your property and collaborate with you. Once the design is agreed upon we will slot you in for the installation.

Do we have to plug in the lights every night?

All lights are placed on timers that are set to your specifications. Your lights will turn on and off every night with out you having to lift a finger.

When do the light decorations get turned on?

Inform your designer the date you would like to power up your light decorations. Our service crew will come out to turn on and inspect the lights.
